NEET UG 2026 Round 3 Allotment Out: Check Your Status and Reporting Deadline Before It’s Too Late

The Medical Counselling Committee has published the NEET UG 2026 Round 3 final allotment. Reporting at allotted colleges runs from October 1 to October 9, 2026. Allotment letters were enabled at 10:00 AM on October 2. Candidates should download letters and plan reporting immediately to avoid issues.

There is no resignation permitted from Round 3 seats under the current scheme. After joining a Round 3 seat, you cannot participate in any further counselling. If you skip joining, your security deposit is forfeited. Stray round registration opens October 12, following the published schedule.

How to check NEET UG 2026 Round 3 allotment and download letter

Go to mcc.nic.in and open UG Medical. Log in using NEET roll number, application number, and password. Check Round 3 result and download the provisional allotment letter. Use Query Redressal for discrepancies before finalisation. For support, call 1800 102 7637 or 0120-4073500.

Reporting documents, fee and verification checklist for NEET UG 2026

Carry NEET admit card, scorecard, and two passport photographs. Bring Class 10 and 12 marksheets, passing certificates, and photo ID. Keep category, Economically Weaker Section or Persons with Benchmark Disabilities certificates, if applicable. Carry the allotment letter, initial fee receipt, and migration certificate, if required.

NEET UG 2026 Round 3 resignation and free-exit rules

MCC reopened resignation for Round 1 freeze candidates until September 15, without forfeiture. Another window, September 17 to 18, allowed Round 1 and Round 2 resignations with forfeiture. Round 3 has no resignation or upgrade facility. Non‑joining leads to security deposit forfeiture, as per the bulletin.

Who can register for NEET UG 2026 online stray vacancy round

Registration runs October 12 to 14; choice filling ends October 15. The final stray allotment publishes October 17; reporting continues October 19 to 26. Only candidates without a joined seat after Round 3 are eligible. Joined candidates are eliminated through Centre–State data sharing.

Check your allotment, download the letter, and report by October 9. Keep originals and copies ready to speed verification. If unallotted or not joined anywhere, plan for stray registration from October 12. Use official helplines early to resolve portal or document issues.
