On June 30, the National Testing Agency (NTA) released the results of the NEET-UG 2024 retest, conducted for 1,563 candidates following controversies related to "grace marks" and "paper leak" issues. Students can check their scores on NTA's official website at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/. The retest took place on June 23 for candidates who were initially awarded grace marks due to a 'loss of time' but had this decision overturned by the Supreme Court. Candidates were given the option to retake the exam or retain their original scores without the grace marks.

To download the scorecard, follow these steps:
Ensure that your scorecard includes your photo and barcode; if not, re-download it. Out of the 1,563 candidates eligible for the re-exam, only 813 took it, while the remaining 48% chose to retain their original scores without grace marks.
Approximately 58% of candidates from Haryana's Jhajjar centre, which faced scrutiny due to several top rankers emerging from there, appeared for the NEET UG 2024 re-exam. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is expected to begin counselling on July 6.
The NEET UG exam took place on May 5, with over 24 lakh candidates participating. Results were declared on June 4, with six out of 67 perfect scorers coming from Haryana's Jhajjar centre, raising suspicions of irregularities. The Ministry of Education has handed over the matter to the CBI for a comprehensive investigation.
