NEET 2022 Entrance Test Application Fee Window Closes On May 7. Check NEET 2022 UG Exam Format, Other Details

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has activated the NEET UG 2022 Registration link for NEET UG Examination 2022 scheduled to be held on July 17, 2022 (Sunday). The online NEET 2022 Entrance Test application link for submission of applications will remain active till May 6, 2022 up to 11:50 pm on the official NEET website. Candidates applying for the NEET 2022 Entrance Test between April 6, 2022 up to May 6, 2022 must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 1600 (Gen/UR), Rs. 1500 (General-EWS/ OBC-NCL), Rs. 900 (SC/ST/PwBD/Third Gender) and Rs. 8500 for students outside India as NEET 2022 entrance test application fee through Credit/Debit Card/Net-Banking/UPI/Paytm only before May 7, 2022 up to 11:50 pm

NEET 2022 UG Exam Format And Mode

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET 2022 Entrance Test for undergraduate programmes will be held in multiple-choice question i.e. MCQ format comprising of four options with a single correct answer.

The NEET 2022 Entrance Test will consist of 200 questions (MCQs) from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology) papers/subjects. Each subject will comprise of 50 questions divided into two sections/parts - section A and B respectively and will be held for a duration of 3 hours and 20 minutes from 2 pm to 5:20 pm.

The NEET 2022 Entrance Test will be held in 13 designated Indian languages i.e. English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu in offline (pen and paper) mode across approximately 543 cities in India and 14 Cities Outside India, according to an official notice.

NEET 2022 Entrance Test Dates

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET UG 2022 for admissions to various undergraduate medical courses - MBBS and BDS programmes, Veterinary courses, AYUSH, BSc Nursing and BSc Life Science in all the medical institutes spread across the country including All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER).

The number of applicants for NEET UG 2022 Exam is expected to increase this time around with no upper ceiling for appearing in the NEET 2022 Entrance Test be held on July 17, 2022 (Sunday).
