The CBSE has released the schedule for online counselling for the undergraduate NEET examination. Candidates who are interested to pursue MBBS or BDS and who have cleared the NEET 2016 entrance examination will have to go through the schedule to register themselves for the online counselling process. The online counselling process for NEET 2016 will begin on Monday August 22, 2016.

The classes for the 2016 academic session for all the medial and dental programmes will begin from September 13, 2016.
The results for NEET 2016 were declared earlier to the scheduled date by the CBSE. The results were declared on August 16, 2016. The entrance examination surrounded with a lot of controversies was held in 2 phases NEET 1 and NEET 2 which were conducted on May 1, 2016 and July 24, 2016.
