The CSIR - National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI) has invited applications in a prescribed proforma from eligible and interested candidates for filling 08 vacancies to the post of Project Assistants (Level II/III) through a 'Walk-In-Interview' process scheduled on May 21 and May 22, 2019 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at CSIR Madras Complex, Taramani in Chennai.

Age Criteria And Fees
Candidates interested in joining as Project Assistants (Level II/III) through NEERI Recruitment 2019 must have attained 30 years of age (PA-Level II) and 35 years of age (PA-Level III) respectively as specified in the notification, with relaxation (upper age limit) to SC/ST/OBC candidates as per the Govt. rules.

Educational Criteria
Desirous candidates applying for the post of Project Assistants (Level II/III) through NEERI Recruitment 2019 possess an M.Sc. (Chemistry/Environmental Science) with Computer Literacy or B.E/B.Tech (Civil/Chemical/ Environmental Engg.) with Computer Literacy or M.E/M.Tech (Environmental Engg./Chemical Engg./ Environmental Science and Technology) with Computer Literacy or B.Tech (Biotechnology) with Computer Literacy as specified in the notification
Selection And Pay Scale
The selection of candidates as Project Assistants (Level II/III) through NEERI Recruitment 2019 will be done based on the candidates' performance in the walk-in-interview and academic marks secured by the candidates in the respective discipline/branch.
Candidates selected as Project Assistants (Level II/III) will be paid an emolument in the range of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 28,000 per month

Candidates applying for the post of Project Assistants (Level II/III) through NEERI Recruitment 2019 must attend the 'Walk-in-Interview' scheduled on May 21 and May 22, 2019 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at CSIR-NEERI, CSIR Madras Complex, Taramani, Chennai - 600 113.
