The hall tickets for the eligible students who would like to re-appear for the school certificate (SSC) board will be issued by Maharashtra State for Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) today. The hall tickets will be available for the students from their schools between 11 am and 5 pm today.
Hall Ticket Details Correction
Students who find their details incorrect on the hall ticket are advised to submit a correction form in order to rectify the errors. They must thoroughly check their details student's name, mother's name, the medium of answer and subjects, etc on the form.Also, a letter from the ward's respective school is required along with the correction form has to be submitted to the designated board office.
Documents Required
For correcting the name of the student who is in the current batch, the form has to be submitted to the board with the student's valid identity proof of the respective name that needs to appear on the hall ticket. Only after verifying the details, it will get revised in the general register list.
Those students who seek revision in their hall tickets will get a time period of one month from the time of receiving hall tickets. The last date to complete the processes is March 12. Thereafter any changes will attract a late fee, informed the board officials.
Correction Charges
In a first of its kind in the state board's practice, is also planning to introduce a fine of Rs 1,000 in case incorrect details exist in the board's grade-list even after the results are declared. According to officials, the students will have to pay the said sum in order to get details corrected.
For Schools
All the schools must duly submit the list of marks given during practical and oral examinations along with the signatures of the appeared students at the respective centres of the board on of before the said day. Schools failing to do so shall be fined as per the board's guidelines.
