MPSC Recruitment 2019: Apply Online For 234 Tax Assistants, Inspectors And Stenographers

The Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC), under Govt. of Maharashtra, has invited online applications from qualified and interested candidates for filling 234 vacancies to the post of Secondary Inspector (State Exercise Duty), Tax Assistants (Group A) and Stenographers (English/Marathi) through direct recruitment to be posted under various Departments of the Maharashtra Govt. The online application-cum-registration process towards the same starts from April 16, 2019 and closes on May 06, 2019

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Tax Assistants, Inspectors and Stenos through MPSC Recruitment 2019 must have attained 18 years of age (19 years for Stenos) and not be more than 38 years, with relaxation (upper age limit) to reserved categories as per the Govt. of Maharashtra guidelines.

Candidates must pay a specified amount of Rs. 374 (Gen/UR), Rs. 274 (OBC) and Rs. 24 (Ex-SM) respectively as application processing fee through online (net-banking/credit/debit etc payment gateways) mode or through Challan mode as specified in the notification.

Educational Criteria

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Tax Assistants, Inspectors and Stenos through MPSC Recruitment 2019 must possess Bachelor's Degree (any discipline) with Typing Skills (30 wpm Marathi/40 wpm English) as applicable.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Tax Assistants, Inspectors and Stenos through MPSC Recruitment 2019 will be done through a Competitive Examination in their phases: Preliminary Test (Objective Type), Main Examination (Descriptive) and Interview.

Candidates selected as Tax Assistants, Inspectors and Stenos will be paid an emolument in the following scale:

Secondary Inspector (State Exercise Duty): Rs. 32,000 to Rs. 1,01,600 per month
Tax Assistants (Group A): Rs. 25,500 to Rs. 71,100 per month
Stenographers (English/Marathi): Rs. 19,900 to RS. 63,200 per month
