Ministry of Commerce Recruitment 2019 For Examiner of Trade Marks; Earn Up To INR 45,000/- Per Month

Ministry of Commerce and Industries, Govt. of India, has invited applications in a prescribed proforma from eligible Indian nationals for filling 75 vacancies to the post of Examiner of Trade Marks on a contractual basis to be posted at the Trade Marks Registry Office in Mumbai. The Application process towards the same will start from 12 February 2019 and close on 27 February 2019.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Examiner of Trade Marks through Ministry of Commerce Recruitment 2019 must not have exceeded 30 years of age (Gen), 33 years in case of OBC categories, and 35 years in case of SC/ST candidates.

Educational Criteria And Experience

Desirous candidates applying for the post of Examiner of Trade Marks through Ministry of Commerce Recruitment 2019 must possess a Law Degree from a recognised University/Institute. He/she must have a minimum 2-year experience as an advocate.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Examiner of Trade Marks through Ministry of Commerce Recruitment 2019 will be done based on the candidate's performance in the Interview scheduled to be conducted/held on "5 and 6 March 2019" at the Trade Marks Registry, Boudhik Sampada Bhavan, S. M. Road, Antop Hill, Mumbai - 400 037.

Candidates selected as Examiner of Trade Marks will be paid an emolument in the scale of Rs. 45000/- per month.
