Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI), a Miniratna PSE under the Ministry of Defence, has invited online applications from eligible and experienced candidates for filling 15 Executive posts comprising of Assistant Managers (HR/Company Secretary /IT Systems Admin./QCL/Materials Management/Heat Treatment/Methods & PAG) and Deputy Managers (Materials Management/ITNetwork Admin.) through direct recruitment. The online application process towards the same starts from May 08, 2019 and closes on June 10, 2019

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Assistant Managers and Deputy Managers through MIDHANI Recruitment 2019 must not have exceeded 30 years of age as on May 08, 2019 with relaxation (upper age limit) to reserved categories as per the Govt. of India guidelines.

Candidates must pay a specified amount of Rs. 100 (Gen/OBC) as application processing fee through online (net-banking/credit/debit etc payment gateways) mode only. However, SC/ST/PWD and ESM candidates are exempted from paying application fee.

Educational Criteria And Experience

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Assistant Managers and Deputy Managers through MIDHANI Recruitment 2019 must possess a BE/B.Tech; ME/M.Tech; MCA; MBA with minimum 60% marks in relevant engineering discipline/trade the candidate is applying for.

Candidates must have two-years of minimum experience in the relevant domain as specified in the notification

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Assistant Managers and Deputy Managers through MIDHANI Recruitment 2019 will be done through Shortlisting, Interview/Group Discussion, Gate Score and Document Verification.

Candidates selected as Assistant Managers and Deputy Managers will be paid an emolument in the following scale:

Assistant Managers: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000 per month
Deputy Managers: Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,60,000 per month
