The Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI), a 'Miniratna' company under the of Ministry of Defence, has invited online applications from eligible and interested candidates for filling 27 Executive and Non-Executive vacancies in various capacities comprising Managers (Civil/HR/Special Steels/Super Alloys/Titanium Alloys), Deputy Manager (Civil), Assistant Managers ((IT - ERP Technical/Refractory Maintenance), Junior Operative Trainee (JOT), Senior Operative Trainee (SOT), Ladleman and Charger Operators post through direct recruitment. The registration-cum-application process towards the same started on November 20, 2019 and closes on December 14, 2019.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Executive and Non-Executive posts through MIDHANI must fall in the age group between 30 to 40 years as on November 20, 2019 with relaxations (upper age limit) for reserved categories as applicable.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 100 (Gen/OBC) as application processing fee through online (net-banking/credit/debit) mode only. SC/ST/PWD and ESM candidates, however, are exempted from paying the application fee.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Executives and Non-Executives through MIDHANI will be done through Interview/ Written Test (Executive posts), and Written Test and Trade/Skill Test (Non-Executive posts).

Candidates selected as Executives and Non-Executives through MIDHANI will be paid emolument in the range of Rs. 21,900 to Rs. 1,80,000 per month as per the designation.
