Mexico emerges as the latest hub for Indian IT companies' operations

With over 500 professionals, the company caters to more than 50 customers across various domains, including customer service, finance and accounting, sourcing & procurement, sales, and fulfilment. The center was established in 2007.

Mexico's advantages stem from its geographic proximity and cultural alignment with both the US and Canada. According to US IT research advisory Everest Group, Mexico boasts a global services talent pool comprising nearly 197,000 full-time equivalents (FTEs) with strong multilingual skills in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
