The Maharashtra Education Society (MEA), Pune has invited online applications from eligible and interested candidates for filling 205 vacancies to be posted as Assistant Teachers in the Pre Primary Sections, Primary Sections, Secondary Sections and Higher Secondary Sections of MES through direct recruitment. The online application process towards the same starts from April 01, 2019 and closes on April 20, 2019 by 12:00 am

The recruitment is for various subjects/disciplines comprising Marathi, Hindi, English, History, Geography, Physics, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Accountancy, Economics, Business Coordination etc.

Educational Criteria

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Assistant Teachers through MES Pune Recruitment 2019 must possess the following qualifications:

Pre Primary Section: SSC or equivalent; HSC or equivalent with TTC certificate
Primary Section: HSC or equivalent with D.Ed certificate

Secondary Section: BA/B.Sc along with B.Ed in relevant subject/discipline

Higher Secondary Section: M.A/M.Com/M.Sc along with B.Ed in relevant subject/discipline

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Assistant Teachers through MES Pune Recruitment 2019 will be done based on a Written Test in relevant subject, Interview and Document Verification.

Candidates selected as Assistant Teachers will be paid an emolument as per the MES pay scale.
