MEA Recruitment 2020 For Consultants Post, E-mail Applications Before June 15

The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), New Delhi, has invited applications in a prescribed format from qualified and experienced candidates for filling vacancies to the post of Consultants through direct recruitment on contract to be posted in the DPA-IV Division of the ministry. The offline application process towards the same started on May 6, 2020 and closes on June 15, 2020.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Consultants post through MEA Recruitment 2020 must fall in the age group between 35 to 60 years of age, with relaxation (upper age limit) for reserved candidates (SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-serviceman) as per the Govt. of India guidelines and MEA norms.

Educational Criteria And Experience

Desirous candidates applying for Consultants post through MEA Recruitment 2020 must possess a Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma or above in Archaeology and/or Conservation/Museology/Engineering Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering/Architecture with minimum ten years' experience in heritage development projects such as excavations, restoration and preservation, museology related works, iconography survey as detailed in the advertisement.

The applicant should also possess fluency in English and computer savvy.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates to Consultants post through MEA Recruitment 2020 will be done through Shortlisting, Interview and Document Verification.

Candidates selected to Consultants post through MEA Recruitment 2020 will be paid an emolument of Rs. 8,40,000 per annum.
