The registration process for the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) February 2024, conducted by the All-India Management Association (AIMA), has commenced today, on December 23, 2024. Aspiring candidates can complete their MAT February 2024 registration on the official website, mat.aima.in.

In accordance with the MAT 2024 schedule, the deadline for registering for the AIMA MAT 2024 Paper-Based Test (PBT) mode is February 20, 2024. For the MAT 2024 February Internet-Based Test (IBT), candidates can apply until February 21, and for the Computer-Based Test (CBT), the deadline is March 5, 2024, accessible through the examination portal.

What is the MAT Exam?

The Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a nationwide entrance examination organized by the All India Management Association (AIMA) for admission to MBA/PGDM courses at over 800 B-schools across India. The exam is conducted in four phases - February, May, September, and December, with multiple sessions within each phase.
MAT is available in three modes: offline (Paper Based Test or PBT), online (Computer Based Test or CBT), and remote proctored (Internet Based Test or IBT). The fees, exam pattern, and syllabus remain consistent across all modes, but the admit card and exam dates vary. Candidates can attempt the MAT in their preferred mode, and they have the flexibility to take multiple attempts. However, separate registration is required for each session. The score from the latest MAT test will be considered for admission purposes.

Step 1: Navigate to the official AIMA MAT 2024 website at mat.aima.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, access the registration link and complete the registration by providing the necessary details.
Step 3: Sign in to your candidate profile and meticulously fill out the MAT Application Form 2024.
Step 4: Upload the required documents and choose five MBA colleges from the provided list.

MAT Eligibility Criteria 2024

• To be eligible for the MAT exam, candidates must meet specific academic requirements set by the agency in accordance with government regulations. The eligibility criteria for the MAT exam 2024 are outlined below:
• Candidates should have completed graduation in any discipline or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
• Final year graduation students awaiting their results are also eligible to apply for MAT 2024.
• There is no minimum score requirement for MAT. Candidates with passing marks are eligible to appear for the exam.
• Candidates who have completed a professional degree such as CA, CS, or ICWA are also eligible to apply for the MAT exam.
