Manipal University: Apply Offline For Assistant Professors And JRF Posts Before February 15

The Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) has invited applications in a prescribed format from eligible and interested candidates for filling numerous vacancies to the post of Assistant Professors (European Studies - Culture, literature and Society) and granting of JRF in SERB project titled "Theory and Applications of Generalized Inverses of Matrices" in the Department of Data Sciences through direct recruitment. The offline application process towards the same started on February 3, 2020 and closes on February 15, 2020.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Asst. Profs and JRF posts in Manipal University must meet the age criteria as per the MAHE norms, with relaxation (upper age limit) for reserved categories as applicable.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Candidates applying for Asst. Profs and JRF posts in Manipal University must possess an M.Sc (Mathematics/Statistics) with minimum 60% marks or above and cleared National Level Test for JRF/Lectureship; PhD in European studies, Culture studies, literature with specific focus on European literature, and should have knowledge of English at native fluency level and excellent communication skills as specified in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Asst. Profs and JRF in Manipal University will be done based on the candidates' Academic Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Interview.

Candidates selected as Asst. Profs and JRF in Manipal University will be paid emolument in the scale of Rs. 31,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month plus 15% HRA. Asst. Prof's will be paid as per the MAHE norms.
