Embracing Innovation and Sustainability: INNOSKILL 2025
INNOSKILL 2025, Manav Rachna's flagship technical festival, plays a pivotal role in these celebrations. Themed around sustainability, this event attracted over 3,000 participants, including high school students, to engage in a variety of competitions and workshops. These activities spanned eight diverse verticals, including engineering, culinary arts, and green business ideas, all aimed at encouraging young minds to develop solutions that align with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Among the highlights was a cybercrime awareness competition, led by the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre, which seamlessly combined societal relevance with technological advancement.
Legal Acumen Showcased at the Justice R.C. Lahoti Memorial Moot
The legal fraternity also had its moment to shine during the Founder's Day celebrations, with the 2nd Justice R.C. Lahoti Memorial Moot Court Competition. This event drew participants from 24 top law schools, who tackled pressing issues like deepfakes, AI ethics, and intellectual property rights. The moot court, judged by esteemed justices including Justice Gita Mittal and Justice Sangita Dhingra Sehgal, culminated in Bennett University winning against Asian Law College. This victory underscored the competition's role in honing the analytical and argumentative skills of future legal professionals.
Sportsmanship and teamwork took center stage at the 18th Manav Rachna Corporate Cricket Challenge 2025. This event saw teams from 20 corporate houses, including TCS and Honda Cars, compete in a series of matches that combined athletic prowess with corporate camaraderie. TCS emerged as the champions, while Spark Minda was recognized for its fair play.
