Maharashtra SSC, HSC Exam 2022 From March 4, Check Class 10, 12 Board Exam Time Table Here

The Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) and Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Exam Time Table 2022 has been released by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE). The board will conduct the exams in an offline mode, according to State Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad. The Class 12 board exam will begin from March 4, 2022, while the Class 10 board exam will begin from March 15, 2022.

Meanwhile, the board will also conduct Oral, Practical, and Grade/Internal Exam for HSC and SSC exams from February 14 to March 3, 2022, and February 25 to March 14, 2022, respectively. The board exam date sheet has been released after taking into consideration various stakeholders and educationists regarding the board exam's conduct. The number of examination centres has been increased to ensure the safety of students. After the completion of the practical examinations, the board will conduct the theoretical examination.

The curriculum had already been reduced by 25% due to Covid-19. Hence, the examination will only include questions from the reduced curriculum. The Maharashtra SSC, HSC exams will take place in two shifts, the first shift from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and the second shift from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Candidates can check the Maharashtra SSC and HSC complete exam timetable below.

However, due to Covid-19 pandemic restrictions, the Maharashtra SSC or class 10 students who were unable to attend their government drawing (elementary drawing exam) will be eligible for additional marks in their board exams. According to Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad, the marks would be granted based on the students' performance in previous intermediate drawing exams.

Meanwhile, students are protesting the conduct of board exams, requesting them to be cancelled or postponed. The majority of students are requesting that an alternate assessment criteria be adopted for all to review and give scores. The Maharashtra Board, on the other hand, has not given an official declaration regarding the same and stated that exams would be held according to the scheduled datesheet.
