Maharashtra: Engineering Admissions to Begin From June 5

The registration process for engineering college admissions is all set to begin on June 5, 2017.
The fear of national level tests such as the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) and the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) pushed the number of engineering and pharmacy aspirants appearing for the state Common Entrance Test (CET) to an all-time high.

About the admission schedule:

• Online application for NEET admission: June 5, 2017, to 17, 2017.
• Documents verification, uploading, and confirmation of application form for admission: June 5, 2017, to 17, 2017
• Display of the provisional merit list: June 19, 2017.
• Submission of grievance: June 20 and 21, 2017 (till 5 pm)
• Display of the final merit lists: June 22, 2017.

The tentative schedule for CAP round:

• Display of Category wise seats (Seat Matrix) for CAP Round I: June 22, 2017.
• Online Submission & Confirmation of Option Form of CAP Round-I: June 23 to June 26, 2017 (till 5 pm)
• Display of Provisional Allotment of CAP Round-I: June 28, 2017, till 5 pm
• Reporting to the Admission Reporting Center(ARC) as per Allotment of CAP Round I: June 29, 2017, to July 3, 2017 (till 5 pm)
• Display of Vacant Seats for CAP Round-II: July 5, 2017.
• Online Submission & Confirmation of Option Form of CAP Round-II: July 5 to July 8, 2017 (till 5 pm)
• Display of Provisional Allotment of CAP Round-II: July 10, 2017 (till 5 pm)
• Reporting to the ARC as per Allotment of CAP Round II: July 11, 2017, to July 14, 2017 (till 5 pm)
• Display of Vacant Seats for CAP Round-III: July 16, 2017
• Changing the option from Sliding or Floating or Freezing and vice-versa, Online Submission & Confirmation of Option Form of CAP Round-III: July 16 to July 19, 2017 (till 5 pm)
• Display of Provisional Allotment of CAP Round-III: July 21, 2017 (till 5 pm)
• Reporting to the ARC as per Allotment of CAP Round III: July 22, 2017, to July 24, 2017 (till 5 pm)
• Reporting to the Allotted Institute and Confirmation of Admission: July 25, 2017, to July 29, 2017
