The Maharashtra Police Board, under the Govt. of Maharashtra, has invited online applications from eligible and interested candidates for filling 1,847 vacancies to the post of Police Constable Driver and Armed Police Constable in SRPF through direct selection to be deployed across various regions and zones in Maharashtra. The registration-cum-application process towards the same started on December 2, 2019 and closes on December 22, 2019.

Age Criteria And Fees
Candidates interested in applying for Constables post through Maha Police Bharti 2019 must have attained 19 years of age and not be more than 28 years, with relaxation (upper age limit) to reserved categories as per the Maha Govt. guidelines.
Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 450 (Gen/OBC) and Rs. 350 (SC/ST) respectively as application processing fee through online (net-banking/credit/debit) mode or any other mode as applicable.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility
Candidates applying for Constables post through Maha Police Bharti 2019 must have passed 10+2/Class 12/Intermediate or equivalent from a recognised Board/Institute, and possess a valid old LMV/HMV license as specified in the notification.
Selection And Pay Scale
The selection of candidates as Constables post through Maha Police Bharti 2019 will be done through a Written Examination, Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Skill Test.
Candidates selected as Constables through Maha Police Bharti 2019 will be paid emolument as per the Maha Police norms.
