Lok Sabha Secretariat Assistant Recruitment 2020 Under Pay Level 6, Apply Offline Before May 15

The Lok Sabha Secretariat, Parliament of India, has invited offline applications from qualified and experienced Indian citizens for filling 40 vacancies to the post of Secretariat Assistant (35 in English stream and 05 in Hindi/bilingual stream) from among those who are regular employees with the State/Central Govt., etc. in Level 6 in the Pay Matrix on deputation. Offline applications towards the same must be submitted before May 15, 2020.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Secretariat Assistant posts in Lok Sabha must not have exceeded 56 years of age, with relaxation (upper age limit) for reserved categories as per the Govt. of India guidelines.

Candidates, from all categories, are exempted from paying the fee towards application processing as specified in the notification given at the end of the article.

Candidate's must be holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre or department.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for Secretariat Assistant posts in Lok Sabha must possess a Degree/Graduation from a recognised University/Institute, and should have a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute, and working knowledge of basic computer operation viz. MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point as specified in the advertisement.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Secretariat Assistants in Lok Sabha will be done through Shorthand Test, Written Test/Typing Test (40 WMP) and Personal Interview.

Candidates selected as Secretariat Assistants in Lok Sabha will be paid emolument in Level 6 of the Pay Matrix.
