The Department of Public Instruction, Government of Karnataka, has released the list of unauthorised schools located across Bengaluru.
According to the reports, there is an increasing in the number of schools opening across the city. A total of 1,266 illegal schools is running without state government permission.

State government has decided to send notice to all these schools within a couple of days. Government has directed the education department that they have to get an explanation from the schools within 10 days.

Commissioner of the Department of Public Instruction, Mohsin said, "Government will consider the explanation given by the schools to be authorised or close the schools".
