LIC Recruitment 2020 For 218 Assistant Engineers And Assistant Administrative Officers Post

The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), a Govt. of India PSE, has invited online applications from eligible and interested candidates for filling 218 Specialist vacancies to the post of Assistant Engineers (Civil/Electrical/Architect/Structural/ Electrical/Mechanical - MEP Engineers) and Assistant Administrative Officers - AAO (CA/Actuarial/Legal/Rajbhasha and IT) through direct recruitment. The online application-cum-registration process towards the same starts from February 25, 2020 and closes on March 15, 2020.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Assistant Engineers and AAO through LIC Recruitment 2020 must have attained 21 years of age and not be more than 30 years as on February 1, 2020 with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 3 years (OBC), 5 years (SC/ST) and 10 years (PWD) respectively as specified in the advertisement.

Candidates must remit a prescribed amount of Rs. 700 (Gen/UR/OBC) as application processing fee-cum-intimation charges through online (net-banking/credit/debit etc, payment gateways) mode only. SC/ST and PWD candidates are required to pay only intimation charges of Rs. 85 +Transaction Charges + GST.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for the post of Assistant Engineers and AAO through LIC Recruitment 2020 must possess a B.E/B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline; Bachelor's Degree; Degree in Law; Post Graduate; B.Sc/MCA/Degree in Computer Science/IT/Electronics from a recognised University/Institute established by law in India as specified in the advertisement.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Assistant Engineers and AAO through LIC Recruitment 2020 will be done through a three tiered/phase process (Preliminary Examiniation, Main Examination and Interivew) and subsequent Pre-recruitment Medical examination.

Candidates selected as Assistant Engineers and AAO through LIC Recruitment 2020 will be paid emolument in the scale of Rs. 32,795 to Rs. 62,315 per month.
