Network engineers and web developers will be hired under the Assistant Manager category. After completion of one year as a Management Trainee, the employees will get promoted as Assistant Managers.
The shortlisted candidates will have to clear an online technical skill test of 50 marks. The next stage of the process will comprise an interview of another 50 marks. Candidates will be selected based on their performance in both the processes.
