The Karnataka State Police Department (KSPD), under Govt. of Karnataka, has invited online applications from eligible and interested candidates for filling 40 vacancies to the post of Special Reserve Sub-Inspectors (SRSI) in the Karnataka State Reserve Police (KSRP) through direct recruitment to be posted across the State of Karnataka. The application process towards the same stared on August 08, 2019 and closes on August 28, 2019 with August 30, 2019 as the last date for paying the application fee.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for SI posts through KSP SRSI Recruitment 2019 must have attained 21 years of age as on August 28, 2019 and not be more than 26 years (GM/UR) and 28 years (SC/ST/CAT-01/2A/2B/3A/3B) respectively.

Candidates must pay a requisite amount of Rs. 250 (GM and OBC-2A/2B/3A/3B) and Rs. 100 (SC/ST/CAT-01/Tribal) respectively as application processing fee through Challan mode at the listed HDFC branches/Post office only on or before August 30, 2019 as specified in the advertisement.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for SI posts through KSP SRSI Recruitment 2019 must possess a Degree (any discipline) from a recognized University/Institute duly approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for SI posts through KSP SRSI Recruitment 2019 will be done through an Endurance Test-cum-Physical Standard Test (PST), Written Examination and Viva Voce (Personal Interview).

Candidates selected for SRSI posts will be paid emolument as per the KSP norms.
