KPSC Recruitment 2020 For 251 Group A And Group B Posts, Apply Online From July 10 Onwards
The Karnataka PSC, through a notification, has invited applications for recruiting 251 Group A and Group B personnel through direct selection. Online application starts from July 10, 2020 onwards.
The Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC), under Govt. of Karnataka, has released an official advertisement, inviting online applications from eligible and interested candidates for filling 251 Group A (Technical) and Group B (Technical /Non-Technical) vacancies through direct recruitment to be posted in various departments. The application-cum-registration process towards the same starts from July 10, 2020 and closes on August 10, 2020 with August 11, 2020 as the last date for paying the application fee.

Age Criteria And Application Fee
Candidates interested in applying for Group A & B posts through KPSC Recruitment 2020 must have attained 18 years of age August 10, 2020 and not be more than 35 years (Gen/UR), with a relaxation in the upper age limit up to 3 years for OBC (2A/2B/3A/3B), 5 years for (SC/ST and Cat I) and 10 years (PWD) respectively as specified in the notifications.
Candidates must pay a specified amount of Rs. 600 + 35 (Gen/UR), Rs. 300 + 35 OBC (2A/2B/3A & 3B) and Rs. 50 + 35 (Ex-SM) as examination-cum-application processing fee through online mode or any other mode as applicable. SC/ST/Cat-I candidates are required to pay only the application processing fee of Rs. 35 as mentioned in the notification.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility
Candidates applying for Group A & B posts through KPSC Recruitment 2020 must possess a Bachelor's Degree; B.E/B.Tech Degree in relevant engineering discipline; B. Pharma/M. Pharma; Master's Degree/MBA in concerned speciality from a recognised University/Institute established by Law.
Candidates must (compulsorily) know Kannada language - read, write and speak.
Selection And Pay Scale
The selection of candidates to Group A & B posts through KPSC Recruitment 2020 will be done in the following stage:
- Compulsory Kannada Language Exam
- Competitive Examination - CBRT
- Interview
Candidates shortlisted to Group A & B posts through KPSC Recruitment 2020 will be paid emolument in the range of Rs. 43,100 to Rs. 83,900 per month as per the post.
