KJSIMSR invites for Pratyush: An Intercollegiate Festival

K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research's (KJSIMSR), K J Somaiya Comprehensive College of Education, Training and Research, Mumbai is showcasing Des Rangeela at Pratyush 2014.

Pratyush 2014 is an intercollegiate festival which offers a unique opportunity to experience an unforgettable journey to the multicultural land.

The theme for this year is Des Rangeela.

Participants have to choose any one state and showcase the rich cultural heritage of that state in a 15 minute performance which may include a blend of any of the following (but not restricted to):

• Folk songs
• Folk dance
• Skits
• Props
• Costumes
• Multimedia presentations

The team may consist of 6-8 participants.

The criteria of evaluation of the event will be:

• Originality/creativity
• Co ordination /seamless blending
• Style/grace/rich cultural experience
• Overall impact

The rotating shield will be conferred on the college / school bagging the first prize

Registration fees: Rs 100/- per participant

Candidates must register online on or before 20^th March, 2014

The event will be conducted on 22^nd March, 2014
