KEA Releases NEET UG 2026 Karnataka Score List for 69,170 Candidates; Check Provisional Merit List
The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has published the NEET UG 2026 Karnataka Score List for 69,170 candidates who qualified in NEET UG 2026 and selected Karnataka as their state during the application process conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
Released in descending order of merit, the provisional score list will form the basis for the upcoming Karnataka NEET UG counselling 2026 for admission to undergraduate medical courses.
KEA Releases NEET UG 2026 Karnataka Score List for 69,170 Candidates
In an official statement, KEA Executive Director H. Prasanna, IAS, confirmed that the merit list includes all eligible candidates who will be considered for admission under the Karnataka state quota. As per the published rankings, the candidate securing All India Rank (AIR) 20 has topped the Karnataka NEET UG 2026 state merit list. Candidates can use this score list to verify their merit position ahead of the counselling process, the detailed schedule for which will be announced separately.
Candidates can access the score list by visiting the official KEA website and navigating to the UGNEET 2026 section under the Latest Announcements tab. The merit list has been released in PDF format and can be searched using the candidate's NEET Roll Number, Name, or Application Number.
KEA has clarified that the score list is provisional and has been published solely for the purpose of Karnataka state-level counselling for undergraduate medical admissions. The counselling process will be conducted for admission to MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH programmes offered by government, private, and participating medical institutions across Karnataka.
Although the merit list has been released, KEA is yet to announce the detailed counselling schedule. The authority will soon publish the complete timetable covering document verification, seat matrix publication, option entry, mock allotment, and round-wise seat allotment.
The online registration process for Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2026 began earlier in July and was extended until July 30, 2026. KEA has confirmed that only candidates who completed the registration process within the prescribed deadline will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. The registration window will not be reopened for subsequent counselling rounds.
How to Check KEA NEET UG 2026 Karnataka Score List
Candidates can follow these steps to access the merit list:
1. Visit the official KEA website.
2. Click on the UGNEET 2026 section under Latest Announcements.
3. Open the NEET UG 2026 Karnataka Score List PDF.
4. Search using your NEET Roll Number, Name, or Application Number.
5. Check your merit position and download the PDF for future reference.
Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official KEA portal for updates regarding the Karnataka NEET UG 2026 counselling schedule. Timely participation in document verification, option entry, and seat allotment rounds will be essential for securing admission to MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH courses in Karnataka for the 2026-27 academic session.
