The Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) Result is expected to be released in the upcoming weeks following the examination held by the Board on April 18th and 19th, 2024. According to the latest update, the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) is currently in the process of evaluating the KCET answer sheets. The Karnataka CET result is scheduled to be announced on May 1, 2024, at 11:00 AM.

KCET Result 2024 to be OUT soon

Once released, the KCET Result 2024 will be accessible on the official website https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in, the KEA Results mobile app, and via SMS. Students will be able to check their entrance results using their seat/hall ticket number.

The KCET Result 2024 date and time will be officially communicated through a PDF notice prior to the release. It is anticipated that the CET result 2024 Karnataka mark sheet will be uploaded on May 1, 2024, at https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

How to check the KCET Result 2024?

  • Visit the KEA Board CET result page at https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/.
  • Scroll down and locate the result link.
  • Click on the KCET Result Roll No. Wise Name Wise link.
  • The result page will be displayed.
  • Enter the Seat number/Hall Ticket Number and submit the page.
  • Check the marks and status.
  • Take a printout of the result.

After the Karnataka CET Result 2024

The result will be released in the form of a scorecard by the examination board. Following the announcement of ranks for qualifying candidates, the next stage will involve the counselling process for college admissions. Different colleges in the state will open their portals for counselling applications for various courses, sometimes accompanied by minimum cut-off scores for accepting application forms.

Subsequently, seats will be allocated to students based on their secured ranks and preferred courses. Selected candidates will be called for document verification, followed by a medical test to assess their fitness level. Finally, the final list of shortlisted candidates will be published. It's important to note that a student's seat reservation is confirmed only after the payment of fees.
