Mathematics, which was a subject that used to scare students was not a threat this time. When students were asked about the exam, they were happy to say that it was easy.
Fathima from NMKRV Women's College said, "The paper was very easy. I am expecting a score above 80 out of 100."
Arjun from National College, Jayanagar said, "All questions were easy to answer. There were no out-of-syllabus questions either."
Another student from Surana College, Abhishek said, " I thought it would be a tough paper as I was always intimidated by the idea of writing a math exam, but this was an easy paper."
Those students who appeared for Geography paper too, felt it was moderately easy.
More than 6,15,780 students are writing the Karnataka State II PUC examination. The second PUC examination will end on 28th March, 2014.
The colleges have taken necessary actions and measures to reduce copying in the examination hall. Squads were seen visiting the colleges and checking students for slips and any another malfunction materials, according to the reports.
