Karnataka II PUC exams results have been released by the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB). This time, Dakshina Kannada has topped the list of pass percentage among students in class 12 Karnataka who attended the exam. The results were declared at 11 am.

Pass Percentage Data

The overall pass percentage is 59.56 per cent. Totally 6.85 lakh students wrote the exam, out of which only 4.08 lakhs have cleared it. According to PU board Director C Shikha, while Udupi has the best of the pass percentage with 91.49%, Kodagu stands second with 90.67%. Chikkodi has been noted as the district with the least pass percentage of 52.20%.

The last date to apply for re-evaluation will be May 7, 2018 according to NDTV. The supplementary exams will be held in June 2018.

Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) announces the results for the PUC exams that are hosted by the Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka. "Around 1202 PUC government colleges, 637 aided colleges, 1936 unaided colleges, 165 bifurcated colleges and 13 corporation colleges are there currently in Karnataka" according to the official website. "Every year, around 10 lakh students enrol in these colleges," it adds.
