Karnataka Govt Jobs: Apply Online For Assistant Public Prosecutor-cum-Government Pleader Posts

The Department of Prosecution and Government Litigations, Bengaluru, Govt. of Karnataka, has released a notification inviting online applications from qualified and interested candidates from Non-Hyderabad Karnataka (NHK) and Hyderabad Karnataka (HK) regions for filling 124 vacancies to the post of Assistant Public Prosecutor-cum-Assistant Government Pleader (APPAGP) through direct recruitment. The online application process towards the same started on October 10, 2019 and closes on November 8, 2019.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Assistant Public Prosecutor-cum-Assistant Government Pleader posts through Karnataka Govt Jobs must have attained 18 years of age and not be more than 37 years, with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 5 years (SC/ST) and 3 years (OBC-2A/2B/3A/3B) respectively.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 1,400 (GEN/OBC) and Rs. 425 (SC/ST) respectively as application processing fee and intimation charges through online (net-banking/debit/credit payment gateways) mode or any other mode as applicable.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Candidates applying for Assistant Public Prosecutor-cum-Assistant Government Pleader posts through Karnataka Govt Jobs must possess a Law Degree from a recognised University/Institution, and must be a praciticing Advocate (civil and criminal) for not less than three years as specified in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Assistant Public Prosecutor-cum-Assistant Government Pleader through Karnataka Govt Jobs will be done through a Written Exam and Personal Interview.

Candidates selected as Assistant Public Prosecutor-cum-Assistant Government Pleaders through Karnataka Govt Jobs will be paid emolument in the scale of Rs. 43,100 to Rs. 83,900 per month.
