Karnataka DPI Recruitment 2019 For 10,611 Primary School Teachers; Application Starts From March 11

The Department of Public Instruction under Govt. of Karnataka has invited applications in online mode from eligible and interested candidates for filling 10,611 Graduate Primary School Teachers vacancies for Classes 6 to 8 in streams comprising English Language, Mathematics, Science and Social Science through direct recruitment to be posted across various District Govt. Primary Schools in the State. The online application process towards the same starts from March 11, 2019 and closes on April 10, 2019.

Age Criteria And Fees

Desirous candidates applying for the post of Primary School Teachers through Karnataka DPI Recruitment 2019 must have attained 21 years of age as on April 10, 2019 and must not have exceeded 40 years (Gen), with relaxation in the upper age limit up to 43 years for OBC (2A/2B/3A/3B) candidates and 45 years for SC/ST/Cat-I and PWD categories.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 1000 (Gen/OBC) and Rs. 500 (SC/ST/Cat-I/PWD) respectively as application processing fee through online (Internet Banking/Debit/Credit payment gateways) mode.

Educational Criteria

Desirous candidates applying for the post of Primary School Teachers through Karnataka DPI Recruitment 2019 must be a Graduate from a recognized University/Institute with a B.Ed certificate.

The candidates must have qualified KTET/CTET examination as detailed in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Primary School Teachers through Karnataka DPI Recruitment 2019 will be done through a district level competitive examination, interview and document verification.

Candidates selected as Graduate Primary School Teachers will be paid an emolument in the scale of Rs. 27,650 to Rs. 52, 650 per month
