Karnataka Board SSLC Results 2016 Declared!

The results of Karnataka Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) have been declared by Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) today i.e. May 16, 2016 at 3PM. The Class 10 board exams for the April 2016 academic session were held from March 30, 2016 to April 18, 2016.

The Karnataka Board SSLC Results 2016 will be available on the official website of KSEEB.

The SSLC board examinations was held across the state of Karnataka in 3082 centres, where over 8 lakh students had taken up the board examination for the academic session April 2016. Evaluation of the papers was done in 218 centres, 55,493 teachers were deployed for the evaluation work. According to reports from the KSEEB which was released by Kimmane Rathnakar, 79.16% students have cleared the examination.

Like the previous year's results, girl students outshine boys with a total pass percentage of 82.64% while boys have remained behind with a pass percentage of 75.84%.

The Karnataka Board SSLC Results 2016 will be declared in schools and junior colleges on May 17, 2016 at 10.30 am by KSEEB.

District-wise Karnataka SSLC Results 2016:

According to reports from the KSEEB, Bangalore Rural district tops this year with a pass percentage of 89.63%, leaving behind Udupi district with 89.52% in the 2nd place. While Mangalore district stands in the 3rd place with 88.01%, Bellary district is in the last place with 56.68% pass percentage. 52 schools in the state recorded zero percentage results out of which 3 are government schools, 6 are aided schools and 43 are unaided schools.

About 2707 differently abled students appeared for the April 2016 examination out of which 1647 students have passed.

Ranjan S from Poornaprajnya School of Bhadravathi secured first rank by scoring 625 out of 625 marks.
