Kakatiya University Issues Notification for Distance Education Admissions

Kakatiya University School of Distant Learning and Continuing Education (SDLCE) has issued the notification for the admissions for Degree, PG, Diploma and certificate courses through distance mode for the academic year 2017-18.

The notification was released on Thursday on the official website of the university.

The SDLCE Director Professor CH Dinesh Kumar stated as he released the notification that the candidates who are interested to join the programmes can download the application forms from the official website of SDLCE. There are a total of 153 study centres at present and all the information about the same can be accessed through the website.

The SDLCE's prime motive is to reach out to the remote and rural sections to make sure that the students from these areas receive higher education.

While doing this they want to focus on improving the distance education's standards. This also means that they are emphasising on the design of the courses, in such a way that the students acquire the jobs as soons as possible.

The admission process is being planned to be made online from the next year and in addition to that Choice Based Credit System will be introduced.

Important Dates For Kakatiya University Distance Education Admissions

The application fee for the for the admissions has to be paid on or before December 15, 2017.
The last date for the application for Eligibility Test for the admissions has been extended to November 30, 2017.
The test will be conducted on December 10, 2017.
