Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has released the tentative dates for the Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Examination (JNUEE) 2019. As per the official notification from JNU, the entrance exams will be conducted from December 27 to 30, 2018. This year's entrance examination would also be the first online exam for the university.
One amongst the central universities in the country, JNU, is also expected to release the JNUEE 2019 application forms in a couple of weeks. JNUEE is an entrance examination conducted for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes that include BA, MA, M.Sc and M.Tech courses.
The Office of The Director of Admissions under the Jawaharlal Nehru University has released a notice stating that ''the tentative dates for the JNU Entrance Examinations (JNUEE) for the academic year 2019-20 are December 27-30, 2018. The format for the JNUEE 2019-20 will be multiple choice questions (MCQs) through a computer-based test.''
It also added ''please note that JNU reserves the right to change the dates of the entrance examination to a later date. This is for the kind information of all aspirants who wish to appear in JNUEE 2019-20.''
The application forms for the JNUEE will be released soon on the official website. The applications are available only in an online mode. Candidates can choose up to three programmes. The application fee for a single subject is INR 530 and two subjects is INR 800. Candidates who choose three subjects have to remit INR 1000 as an application fee.
