Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the post-specific educational qualifications prescribed by JKSSB.

Some of the key qualifications include:

Junior Pharmacist: 10+2 with Science and Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy.

Junior Staff Nurse: Matric with Science and Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery.

Horticulture Technician Grade-IV: 10+2 with one-year Basic Horticulture Training.

Junior Lab Technician: Matric with Science and a two-year Diploma in Laboratory Technology or Degree in Lab Technology.

Junior Laboratory Assistant: Graduate with Science. Preference will be given to candidates possessing a postgraduate diploma in laboratory-related disciplines.

Applicants must also be domicile holders of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and possess a valid domicile certificate.

Age Limit

The upper age limit is:

Open Merit: 40 years
SC/ST-1/ST-2/RBA/ALC-IB/EWS/OBC: 43 years
Persons with Disabilities (PwBD): 42 years

Age relaxation will be applicable as per JKSSB recruitment rules.

Application Fee

Candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories are required to pay an application fee of ₹600.
Applicants from SC, ST-1, ST-2, EWS, and PwBD categories need to pay ₹500.

The application fee can be paid online through Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card. Once paid, the fee will not be refunded.
