Step 2: On the right-hand side of the home page, click on the link that reads, One-Time Registration.
Step 3: The registration form will be displayed on the screen. Enter your details in the fields provided.
Step 4: Enter the captcha code.
Step 5: Click Submit and follow the subsequent pages to complete the registration process.
Step 6: Login using your credentials and complete the application process.
