Twenty vacancies have opened for veterinary science graduates to apply for the post of Assistant Veterinary Surgeon in the Animal Husbandry Department of the Jammu and Kashmir government. The application process and fee payment are online. Aspirants must note that offline applications will not be entertained.
The application fee is INR 800. The selection of candidates will be made on the basis of a written test and an interview.
Relaxation in age and fee payment will be provided for the reserved categories. The exam centres are located in the cities of Srinagar and Jammu. Indicate your centre preference during the time of application, even though the centre allotment will be solely on the commission's discretion.
