JKBOSE Syllabus 2020-21: Jammu And Kashmir To Reduce Syllabus For Class 10th And 12th

The Jammu and Kasmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has reduced the board syllabus for the academic year 2020-21. The Board has decided to reduce the syllabus for both Class 10 and Class 12. Students are advised to download JKBOSE syllabus 2020-21 on the official site - jkbose.ac.in.

JKBOSE Syllabus 2020-21 Reduced For 10th & 12th

The Principal Secretary, School Education Department, J&K, Dr Asgar Hassan Samoon has announced the JKBOSE syllabus reduction on his Twitter handle. He tweeted, "Syllabus for 10+2 reduced to 70 per cent in JK UT. This also applies for 10th class syllabus for exams."

Step 2: Go to the 'Syllabus' tab under the 'Student' section on the homepage.
Step 3: Click on the standard

Step 5: It is advised to download the syllabus pdf for future reference.

Jammu and Kashmir is not the first state to come up with syllabus reduction. The decision was first taken by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on July 7. The CBSE reduced the syllabus for Classes 9 to 12 due to the delay in beginning the academic year. The other states that reduced the syllabus are Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra.
