The Jammu and Kashmir Police, under the J&K Govt has invited online applications from eligible and interested female candidates for recruiting 1,350 Female Constables (Women Battalion) to be posted in the regions of Jammu and Kashmir through direct selection. The advertisement regarding the same has been notified on March 09, 2019 with April 08, 2019 (Tentative) as the last date for submission of applications.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Female Constables post through JK Police Recruitment must have attained 18 years of age and not be more than 28 years as on January 01, 2019 as detailed in the notification.

Candidates must deposit a prescribed amount of Rs. 300 as application fee either through online (net-banking/debit/credit payment gateways) mode or at any of the Common Service Centers (CSC) or through Challan mode as detailed in the advertisement.

Educational Criteria

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates to Female Constables post through JK Police Recruitment will be done based on the candidates' performance in the Physical Endurance Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST) and Written Test (Objective Type) for 100 marks.

Candidates shortlisted for the Women Battalions will be paid an emolument under Level 2 in the scale of Rs. 19,900 to Rs 63,200 per month
