Jharkhand PSC Recruitment For 267 Deputy Collectors, Municipal Commissioners, Dy SP And Other Posts

The Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC), under Govt. of Jharkhand, has invited online applications from qualified and interested candidates for filling 267 vacancies to the post of Deputy Collector, Assistant Municipal Commissioner/ Executive Officer/Special Officer, Jharkhand Education Services Class-2, Planning Officer/District Planning Officer, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Samadeshta and Assistant Planning Officer through direct recruitment. The online registration-cum-application process towards the same starts from March 1, 2020 and closes on March 30, 2020 with April 1, 2020 as the last date for depositing the examination fee.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for various posts through Jharkhand PSC must not more than 35 years, with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 37 years (BC/EBC), 38 years (Women - Gen/BC/EBC) and 40 years (SC/ST - male and female) respectively.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 600 + bank charges (Gen/EWS/BC/EBC) and Rs. 150 + bank charges (SC/ST/Ex-SM - Jharkhand) respectively as examination fee through online (net-banking/credit/debit, etc, payment gateways) mode only.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for various posts through Jharkhand PSC must have complete Graduation; possess Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University/Institute as specified in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates to various posts through Jharkhand PSC will be done through a Written Examination of competitive nature (Prelims and Mains Exam) and Interview.

Candidates selected to various posts through Jharkhand PSC will be paid emolument in the scale of Rs. 9,300 to Rs. 34,800 per month with a grade pay up to Rs. 5,400 as as per the desigantion.
