The UP Joint Entrance Examination (Polytechnic) (UPJEE), administered by the Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP), has extended its application deadline.

The application window, which commenced on January 8, will now close on May 10. Originally scheduled to take place between March 16 and 22 for various groups, the exam has been postponed. Candidates who have yet to register for the exam can do so by filling out the application form online at jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
Steps to Apply
Here's a step-by-step guide for candidates to apply for UPJEE 2024:
Step 1: Visit the official website of JEECUP at jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
Step 2: Find and click on the application link available on the homepage of the website.
Step 3: Upon clicking, a new page will open, prompting candidates to enter their login details.
Step 4: Complete the application form, make the necessary payment of application fees, and upload the required documents. During registration, it is mandatory for students to upload a scanned coloured photograph with their name and date, as well as an image of their signature.
Step 5: Double-check all entered details and then submit the form.
Step 6: Print a hard copy of the acknowledgment form for future reference.
Application Fee
Candidates belonging to the General/OBC category must pay an application fee of Rs 300 per application, while candidates from the SC/ST category are required to pay Rs 200.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: This exam is intended for individuals seeking admission to government and private polytechnic colleges in Uttar Pradesh. Applicants must have passed class 10 and class 12 from a recognized board. Additionally, candidates must have completed graduation in the relevant field, depending on the course for which they are applying.
Age Limit: There is no age limit for application.
