JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Result: Will NTA Declare Results Today?

The National Testing Agency (NTA) was scheduled to release the results for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 Session 2 on April 18, 2025 as per the media reports. However, as of now, the official scorecards are yet to be made available on the official website - jeemain.nta.nic.in. This unexpected delay has left candidates across the country in a state of uncertainty, eagerly awaiting their results.

Will NTA Release JEE Main Result Today?

Delay Raises Concerns Among Aspirants

Earlier, the release of the final answer key is quickly followed by the announcement of results. In line with this pattern, the NTA had published the final answer key for JEE Main Session 2 earlier this week, only to remove it within a few hours. The removal of the answer key and the inactive result link have further added to the speculation and concern among students and parents.

As per the examination bulletin, the results were expected shortly after the final answer key's release. The absence of any official clarification on the delay has led to heightened anxiety among aspirants.

How to Access the JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Result?

  • Visit the official JEE Main website: jeemain.nta.nic.in
  • Click on the link for "JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Result"
  • Enter your application number and date of birth
  • View and download your scorecard for future reference
  • The scorecard will contain essential details such as the candidate's percentile, total marks, All India Rank (AIR), and qualification status.

BE/BTech Results Expected First

According to official information, the results for the BE/BTech paper will be declared first. The results for BArch/BPlanning papers will be announced later, after the provisional answer keys for these exams are released and the objection window has closed.

List of Toppers to be Released

Alongside the result announcement, the NTA will also publish the list of top-performing candidates. This includes details of candidates who scored 100 percentile, as well as state-wise, gender-wise, and category-wise toppers. These lists serve to recognize outstanding academic performance across different segments.

Candidates Advised to Await Official Updates

In light of the delay, candidates are strongly advised to refrain from relying on unofficial sources or speculative information. Instead, they should regularly check the following official websites for timely updates:

  • jeemain.nta.nic.in
  • nta.ac.in

Although the delay in the release of JEE Main 2025 Session 2 results has caused concern, candidates can be assured that the NTA is likely addressing the matter with due diligence. Given its past record of timely and transparent practices, the results are expected to be released soon, along with complete details of toppers and percentile scores.
