What is NTA JEE Main Percentile Score?
The percentage score is based on the relative performance of all applicants taking the exam. The score will be calculated by converting the scores from 100 to 0 for each session of examinees.
According to the official website, "The Percentile Score indicates the percentage of candidates who have scored EQUAL TO OR BELOW (same or lower raw scores) that specific Percentile in that examination." As a result, the top (highest score) from each session receives the same Percentile of 100, which is desirable. The marks acquired between the greatest and lowest scores are converted as well to the relevant percentile.
