Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi has issued a notification to the JEE Main 2014 students, that they have to send their revised percentage of marks to board.
It has been notified to all concerned that different boards conducting Senior Secondary examination (Class 12th) might have revised the results of some of the candidates as a result of re-totaling/re-evaluation/re-verification.
Being the organizing body for JEE Main 2014, CBSE informs in the interest of students, that they may send their revised percentage of marks, if any, to CBSE through the link provided on JEE Main portal for this purpose, latest by 5.00 PM of July 26, 2014.
The candidates should also upload the copy of mark sheet wherein the revised marks are mentioned otherwise their claim for revised marks will not be considered.
The request sent on other mail IDs will not be accepted. This will enable the CBSE to revise their AIR (All India Rank) and to send the same to CSAB 2014. The revised AIR of such students will be considered by CSAB 2014 in the spot round of seat allotment.
It is clarified that no such request shall be entertained for change of AIR after 5.00 PM of July 26. It is also clarified that such candidates will be offered only those seats by CSAB which will be available for spot round.
