JEE Advanced 2024: 3 new exam centre cities added, Know more

The list of examination cities for JEE (Advanced) 2024 has been published on the official website by the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT Madras), the organizing institute for the examination. Candidates eligible to take the JEE (Advanced) 2024 exam can visit the official website at jeeadv.ac.in to review the available cities for selecting their examination centers.

JEE Advanced 2024: 3 new exam centre cities added

For candidates opting to take the exam outside India, the list includes three exam centers: Abu Dhabi and Dubai in the UAE, and Kathmandu in Nepal. The deadline to apply for the examination is May 7, 2024, with the last date for fee payment for registered candidates being May 10, 2024.

Highlights of JEE Advanced Exam Centers 2024

Candidates will have the opportunity to select their preferred JEE Advanced 2024 exam center while completing the application form. It is advisable to check the nearby JEE Advanced centers 2024 before indicating the center preference.
Information regarding the assigned exam center will be provided in the JEE Advanced 2024 admit card.

The allotment of JEE Advanced test centers will be based on the selection of cities/towns by candidates. They will be assigned centers according to the zone they selected. However, in rare cases, the JEE Advanced city allotment may be assigned to a different zone due to unforeseen circumstances. Candidates can verify the details of their allotted JEE Advanced 2024 exam center on the admit card.

Scheduled to take place on May 26, 2024, JEE Advanced 2024 comprises two papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Subsequent to the examination, candidates' responses will be accessible on the JEE Advanced 2024 website on May 31. The provisional answer key will be published online on June 2, and feedback and comments on it will be welcomed until June 3. The final answer key and results are slated to be announced online on June 9, as per IIT Madras. Last year, the results were declared on June 18.
