Jamia Hamdard Secures "A+" Grade in the Fourth NAAC Accreditation
By achieving an "A+" grade from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) on August 2, 2023, Jamia Hamdard has reached a new milestone. 'A+' rating is the second-highest grade awarded by NAAC to an institution based on several factors including research, innovation, infrastructure, learning resources, assessment, and governance by adhering to a strict evaluation system.
Jamia Hamdard Chancellor and Professor Janab Hammad Ahmed, Vice Chancellor (Dr.) M. Afsar Alam, Registrar, Dr. M.A. Sikandar, Finance Officer, Shri Harpal Singh; Controller of Examinations, Shri S.S. Akhtar; Director, IQAC and R&D Cell, Prof. (Dr.) S. Raisuddin and his Team, Deans, Heads of Departments, Principals, Directors, All Faculty Members, Non-Teaching Staff Members, Students, and Parents, congratulated all the stakeholders on the achievement.

For Jamia Hamdard, this was the fourth NAAC cycle of evaluation and accreditation. The Vice-Chancellor, the Registrar, the Finance Officer, the Controller of Examinations, the Deans, Directors, Heads of Departments, the Faculty, the Non-Teaching Staff, the Students, the Parents, the Alumni, and other Stakeholders were all interacted with by the NAAC Peer Team. Jamia Hamdard earned a CGPA of 3.41, which is a substantial improvement above the CGPA of 3.15 in the third cycle of accreditation awarded in 2017.
