The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), has invited online applications from eligible Indian nationals, for filling 17 vacancies to the post of Assistant Surgeons (Assistant Commandant/Veterinary) through direct recruitment. Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Assistant Surgeons through ITBP Recruitment 2019 must not have exceeded 35 years of age as on 06 March 2019, with relaxation (upper age limit) by 5 years for SC/STs and 3 years for OBC candidates. Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 400/- (Gen/OBC) towards processing of application through online (Internet Banking/Debit/Credit payment gateways) mode, or any other mode as detailed in the notification. SC/ST/Females and Ex-servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of fees.

Educational Criteria And Experience

Desirous candidates applying for the post of Assistant Surgeons through ITBP Recruitment 2019 must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from a recognised Institute/University, and must be registered with the Veterinary Council of India (VCI).

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Assistant Surgeons through ITBP Recruitment 2019 will be done based on Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Documents Verification, Written Examination, Interview and Detailed Medical Examination (DME).

Candidates selected as Assistant Surgeons through ITBP Recruitment 2019 will be paid an emolument under Level 10 in the scale of Rs. 56,100/- to Rs. 1,77,500/- per month as per 7 CPC.
