The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, through the ITBP Recruitment 2020 Notification, has called for online applications from eligible and interested Indian nationals (male and female) for filling Fifty One (51) vacancies to the post of Constables (General Duty) under Sports Quota in disciplines comprising of Boxing, Wrestling, Kabaddi, Archery, Volleyball, Sports Shooting and Ice Hockey through direct recruitment to be posted anywhere in India. The online application process commences from July 13, 2020 onwards, and closes on August 26, 2020 by 11:59 pm.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Constables - GD posts through ITBP Constable Recruitment 2020 must have attained 18 years of age and not have exceeded 23 years, with relaxation (upper age limit) for reserved categories as per the Govt. of India guidelines.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 100 (Male - Gen/UR/OBC) as application processing fee through online (net-banking/credit/debit) mode or any other mode as applicable. However, SC/ST and Female candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as to Constables - GD posts through ITBP Constable Recruitment 2020 will be done through Computer-Based Exam, Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/Physical Standard Test (PST) and Medical Test.

Candidates selected to Constables - GD posts through ITBP Constable Recruitment 2020 will be paid emolument in the scale of Rs. 21,700 to Rs. 69,100 per month.
