ISRO Recruitment 2019 For 220 Graduate, Technician And Trade Apprentices Through 'Walk-In' Selection

The ISRO Propulsion Complex (IPRC), under the aegis of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) at Mahendragiri, Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu, has released an official advertisement, inviting offline applications from eligible and interested candidates for filling 220 vacancies to the post of Graduate, Technician and Trade Apprentices in multiple trades/disciplines comprising Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Chemical , Computer Science, Civil, Library Science, Fitter, COPA, Welder, Turner, Machinist, Draughtsman (Mechanic/ Civil), Ref. & AC Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Carpenter, etc, through a 'Walk-in-Interview' process scheduled on December 14 and December 21, 2019, and January 4, 2020 respectively from 9:00 am onwards at the IPRC, Mahendragiri, Tirunelveli District in Tamil Nadu.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Apprentices through ISRO Recruitment 2019 must not have exceeded 35 years of age as on December 14 (Graduate Apprentice) and December 21 (Technician Apprentice), 2019, and January 4, 2020 (Trade Apprentice) respectively with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 3 years (OBC) and 5 years (SC/ST) respectively as specified in the notification.

Vacancy Details

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Apprentices through ISRO Recruitment 2019 Class 10/SSLC/Matriculation or equivalent with ITI in relevant trade' must possess a B.E/B.Tech/Diploma (first class) in relevant engineering discipline; Bachelor's Degree (in Arts/Science/Commerce) + Degree in Library Science/Library & Information Science from a NCVT/SCVT recognised Institution/University.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Apprentices through ISRO Recruitment 2019 will be done based on the marks obtained by the candidates' in their qualifying examination i.e., B.E/B.Tech/Diploma/ITI in relevant discipline, and their performance in the 'Walk-in-Interview' scheduled on December 14 and December 21, 2019, and January 4, 2020 respectively from 9:00 am onwards in Tamil Nadu.

Candidates selected as Apprentices through ISRO Recruitment 2019 will be paid a stipend in the range of Rs. 7,700 to Rs. 9,000 per month per month.
